The "Basics" - Reservations and Payments
Reservations, Rates and Cancellations
Price: All our prices are quoted in Euros and include the IGI (Andorran tax).
Payment: Payment is made at the time of booking on the website or on site.
Cancellation: For any changes or cancellations, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to comply with this deadline will result in the center charging 50% of the treatment fee.
Delays: Any delay will result in a reduction of the treatment time in order not to postpone subsequent appointments, without a price reduction.
Purpose of the general terms and conditions
These terms and conditions define the rules between Mamacentre, by Nellosociety, SLU,
NRT: L-722159-E, Address: C/Josep Rossel N4, Casa Moynat Building, Block B, Local 2A, and its clients. By booking a treatment on this website, you fully accept these terms and conditions. All our services are governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra.
Safety and Responsibility
Health, Safety and Disputes
Health: You must inform us of any medical contraindications, allergies, or pregnancy before the start of treatment. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to provide this information.
Behavior: The center reserves the right to refuse or interrupt any treatment in the event of inappropriate or disrespectful behavior.
Disputes: In the event of a complaint, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the courts of Andorra shall have sole jurisdiction.
