The Essence of the Mama Centre
My journey, our vision
After training as a dietician, naturopath, specialized massage therapist, and Reiki Master, I worked with women and couples in Paris's 11th arrondissement at my practice, Agnès Vimont Holystika, for eight years. Then, with the birth of my son, everything changed. Together with my husband, Mehdi, a trained sports coach and massage therapist, I wanted to create the place that all families need.

Here, we combine the science of naturopathy, the technological precision of SoCheck, the gentleness of massage, and the power of Reiki. Whether online (via video call) or in person at the center, we take care of your overall health and emotions.
