Services and Gift Cards
Services provided: Services rendered are non-refundable. If an appointment is cancelled within the specified timeframe (see our Terms and Conditions), a credit note or rescheduling will be offered.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are valid for 3 months. After this period, the service is considered forfeited.

Physical Products
Product Returns and Claims
Sales Products: In accordance with the law, you have 14 days to return an unopened product in its original packaging for an exchange or refund. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products will not be accepted for return or exchange.
