With a new measurement, you can see exactly what has improved, and we make adjustments as needed. ✦ What it includes: • A new Oligocheck measurement to compare with your initial assessment: are your deficiencies being addressed? • A review of your feelings, energy levels, sleep patterns, and what has been more challenging to implement. • Adjustments to your program: diet, supplements, herbs, and lifestyle. ✦ When to book: Ideally 4 to 6 weeks after your initial assessment, and then as needed.
