Fertility Program — Prepare your body and mind to welcome life. Wanting a baby often involves a lot of waiting, questions, and emotions. This program supports you for 3 months, both physically and mentally, in harmony with your menstrual cycles. What it includes: • A naturopathic assessment with Oligocheck and Cardicheck measurements: I identify any deficiencies, stress levels, and factors that may be hindering fertility, and I explain the reasons behind your results. • 2 follow-up sessions at the center to adjust your program and track your progress. • 3 fertility rituals: a gentle and targeted massage of the abdomen, lower back, and pelvis to promote circulation and relaxation, using oils I prepare myself. • 1 Reiki session to calm the mind and release emotional tension. • A personalized program: nutrition, micronutrition, sleep, and stress management.
